It’s back! Another Hand of the Week from Table 1

If you’re new here, every week (or so) we talk about one hand that stuns, shocks, or just makes our eyes pop out of their sockets 👀. We call it the Hand of the Week!

This week’s hand highlights a key part of the game at Table 1...the 7-2 bounty game.

If you’re not familiar with the 7-2 game…It rewards (and punishes) bluffing with 7-2. Win the pot and everyone pays you $200, and the respect of the table. It’s a slippery slope deciding how much money to put in the pot to get that bounty. But it sure feels great when it works.

Anyways on to the hand:

We’ve got your favorite co-host of the game at Table 1 Justin putting in a 4-bet to ~$4,500 preflop with the 7-2. He gets called by Matt Moore, a Table 1 regular. The flop comes down A❤️9❤️6♦️. With $9,600 in the pot how will the rest of the hand play out…
